Wondering "what the heel" this is all about?  You're in for one of the most ridiculously amazing events the Toledo area has seen in a long time! Choose one or more events - a family 1 mile walk, a ladies only 5K with categories for individuals and mother/daughter teams, an 18 and over male/female 100 yd dash in high heels!

Dear TRRC members,

I am excited to announce that the club has approved a new type of incentive program that is sure to inspire (read: bribe) you into volunteering at club events.  The club has come up with a new program in which one earns a $5 voucher for volunteering at TRRC events, excluding the Glass City Marathon.  While you can’t use it to buy new shoes; you CAN use it to get a discount off club races, again excluding the Glass City Marathon.  To help you remember it and honor a Toledo running legend, we are calling the volunteer vouchers Sy Mah Moolah. 

Now, you might be saying that thanks is all you ever need when you volunteer, but this is our way of inspiring you to continuing volunteering and get a few new faces out there.

Please contact me to be the first to get a voucher by volunteering at Churchill’s Half Marathon on March 10th or Wearing of the Green 7k on March 17th.
